Yard Waste Information
Yard waste begins the week of April 15 and ends November 15th, WEATHER PERMITTING.
There are two options for yard waste:
Yard waste service: Includes a container, along with the container, you are allowed an additional 10 bags or bundles each week at no additional charge. The service bills out once a year and is due by April 10th.
Yard waste is a companion service to trash and is set up on a separate account. It cannot be set up on auto-pay.
Yard waste is an auto-renewing service. If you do not wish to continue service, it must be cancelled prior to the first yard waste pick up, or it will be prorated to the day of cancellation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Please have your cart(s) at the curb by 6:00 a.m. Most people find it more convenient to put them out the night before your pick-up day.
Please call our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to come back the same day to pick-up your garbage. If this is not possible, we can arrange an off day pick up, for an additional cost.
Yes. Minnesota is a volume based state, anything outside of your trash cart is an additional cost. Please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your service day to get a quote and schedule the pick up.
Please call our office to arrange for your cart to be exchanged. There is no charge for carts needing replacement due to normal wear and tear.
Curbside Waste’s recycling service is unlimited. We will pick-up any recycling you have out on your recycling day, as long as it is properly bundled and/or in recyclable bags.
Cardboard boxes can be flattened and tied into bundles no more than 3 feet by 3 feet by 1 foot tall and placed next to your recycling cart. There is no charge for additional recycling.
Leaves, grass clippings, weeds, brush and small branches. Branches must be 3 feet or less in length and tied in bundles no more than eighteen inches in diameter.
No. Due to Minnesota Recycling laws we are not able to pick-up your yard waste in plastic bags. If you put your yard waste at the curb in plastic bags, our driver cannot remove them.
